Support is offered to customers that has purchased G&R software with a support agreement.

Before asking for support, you may like to check our known errors database.

When you ask for support, please provide as much information as possible:

Customer:

your name and location

License:

your activation key or license information

Product:

the name and version of the G&R product

Platform:

Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP/Vista, UNIX/Linux version

Description:

give us a plain text description of what happened, what should have happened etc.

Ass. materials:

remember to include the associated materials: traces, configuration files, command lines and whatever else is relevant.
