Known Errors

These are the known errors in our products, logged as reported with versions and platforms affected as well as corrections and work-arounds.

This list is largely historical, since it records all problems that have been reported throughout G&R history. Only the most recently reported problems still exist, unless you are using a very old copy of the product, in which case you should update the product to the most recent version.


E1230: Glink, SSL sessions sometimes disconnect

The fix described in known error 1195 was not sufficient
in all situations, and disconnects may still be seen when
receiving large blocks of data in SSL sessions. This
problem has been seen particlarly on Windows 7 systems.
The same sequence ('msg incomplete' immediately followed
by 'normal disconnect' in the debug trace) is a fairly
sure indication that this bug is being experienced, as
it was for known error 1195.
