Glink trial support

Support for the trial version of Glink is offered on an 'as available' basis, by e-mail only. If you need a better grade of support while trying Glink for Windows you must contact our local distributor in order to obtain an evaluation license and make a support agreement.

Before asking for support, you may like to check our known errors database.

If you do ask for support, please give us as much information as possible:

Description:

give us a plain text description of what happened, what should have happened etc.

Ass. materials:

remember to include the associated materials: traces, configuration files, command lines and whatever else is relevant.
